TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM REWARDS100

 

1. INTRODUCTION

This document (hereafter, "Terms and Conditions") regulates the operation of the LOYALTY Program REWARDS100%" hereafter, "Loyalty Program" or "VIP 100% Program"), with regard, but not limited to, the following: (i) affiliation or disaffiliation thereof; and (ii) the accumulation or redemption of Points by Members (as this term is defined below).

 

2. REWARDS100 LOYALTY PROGRAM

2.1 The Loyalty Program is operated and administered by La Era Natural, S. A. de C.V., (hereafter "the operator" with address at Costera Miguel Alemán #200, col. Magallanes, Postal Code 39670, in Acapulco, Guerrero, in cooperation with companies or groups that have concluded with VIP Points 100% an agreement for participation in the Loyalty Program (hereafter, "the Affiliated Companies").
The Loyalty Program is operated in the Mexican Republic. Information about the identity and status of Affiliated Companies participating in the Loyalty Program will be available on the website www.100natural.com/puntos100/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Program Page"). To register for the REWARDS100% Program, you must purchase a loyalty card at any of the participating branches. The cost is $ 100.00 (One hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.), which is credited in points in this case 100points, which will be reflected in a period of 24 to 72 hours after having registered and activated the loyalty card.

2.2 The card is the property of THE OPERATOR and the validity of the program is indefinite and can be canceled without prior notice, check section 13.

2.3 The participating founding and affiliated brands are those that are allowed to use 100% Natural Restaurants, 100% Integral, 100% Integral coffee brand.

2.4 Other affiliated brands such as La Barra 520 have an agreement to apply the REWARDS100 program.

2.5 Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Therefore, you cannot recharge with points, or leave tips, or credit other loyalty programs not specified in these terms and conditions.

2.6 The word "redeems" refers to the subtraction of balance or payment with REWARDS100 for the goods and / or services in the establishments of the affiliated companies.

 

3. PARTNERS

3.1 Any people who is over 18 years of age, with legal capacity to be bound, who resides in Mexican territory, and who has obtained a loyalty Card, (hereafter referred to as "Member(s)"), may participate in the REWARDS Program 100%.

3.2 The loyalty cards may be purchased at any of the establishments of the affiliated Companies. Once the REWARDS100 loyalty card has been obtained, the person interested in participating in the Program must enter the Program Page and fill out the registration form; after the data registration, the Member will receive an email with an activation link, which when clicked will be confirming that the registration has been successfully made.

3.3 The Member declares and consents that he has expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions by registering for the REWARDS Program 100%. Each Member is responsible for being aware of the Terms and Conditions, as well as their modifications.

3.4 The REWARDS100 program will not accept multiple registrations to the Loyalty Program made by the same Partner.

3.5 The Partner must ensure that his/her data is accurate and up to date. Rectification or change of personal data can be made through the Program Page (only the birthday and email cannot be modified).

3.6 The member has the right to his portal to consult historical movements, modify his profile, as well as determine the approval of newsletters and promotions of the email sending service.

4.REWARDS100 LOYALTY CARD

4.1 The REWARDS100 loyalty card is the means of identification that entitles a member to participate in the REWARDS100 Program, in accordance with the rules stipulated in these Terms and Conditions (and once the registration process indicated above has been completed). It is recommended that the loyalty Card be registered immediately. In the event of misuse of the REWARDS100 loyalty Card (including unauthorized use), the Points accumulated with the loyalty card will not be recoverable.

4.2 The REWARDS100 loyalty card is not an electronic payment instrument or means, such as a Debit or Credit Card, or any other card that can be used as a means of payment or for cash disposal.

4.3 In the event that your loyalty card is stolen or lost, or, if the member suspects the unauthorized use of it, the member must enter his portal in www.100natural.com/en/puntos100 in the Enter section he will have to write his email and password to access and go to the suspension box, this protects his balance and information.
In case of not being able to access the portal, the Member must report the situation immediately to the Member Service Center, by calling the national toll-free telephone number +52 (777)3132775 during office hours from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by sending an email to infoweb@100natural.com.mx. o palmipuntos@100natural.com.

4.4 In the event that a member reports the theft or loss of the loyalty card or an alleged unauthorized use of his card number, the account will be blocked until such time as the aforementioned cases are clarified and the Member adds a new card. The balance available on the card at the time of reporting will be protected and available on the new loyalty card.

4.5 The REWARDS100 member must always present the card to apply the current promotions.

4.6 The loyalty card is personal and non-transferable.

4.7 Misuse and abuse by the Member is considered in the following cases, which may lead to the suspension of your card without the right to a refund.

4.7.1 Attempt to credit (add) points from other accounts that do not correspond to personal consumption or payment made by the member.

4.7.2 Lend your card to others to accumulate points on your behalf.

4.7.3 Separate accounts do not participate for the global crediting of points, only the personal payment of the partner.

 

5. PARTNERTS LEVELS

These terms contemplate the same terms of accumulation and redemption for all Partners, however, the operator of the PUNTO100 program may implement different levels of PARTNER, which grant different benefits (in which case these terms will be modified as appropriate).

6.WIN REWARDS100

6.1 The Partner of REWARDS100 will accumulate points (hereafter "REWARDS100") for consumption in establishments of the affiliated brands, at the rate of:

one point for every $10.00 pesos of consumption paid in CASH

or one point for every $20.00 pesos of consumption paid by bank card, debit, credit, or electronic voucher.

Of the eligible product or services as set forth in these Terms (prior to tipping and after any applicable discount, redemption or promotion has been discounted).

6.2 To accumulate (hereafter "CREDIT") Points the Member must show his POINTS Card100 and request that Points be credited to his card (such request must be made before the corresponding account is closed). If the above is not done, Points may not be accumulated later in relation to the consumption made (there will be no retroactive accumulations).

6.3 If several Members wish to accumulate Points, they must request separate accounts from the beginning of their consumption, to be able to credit each of them with their corresponding amount.

6.4 The Affiliated Companies shall be responsible for the accurate issuance of the Points.

6.5 The Affiliated Companies will define the eligible goods and services from time to time for the accumulation of Points, on the understanding that unless otherwise indicated on the POINTS100 program page according to the mechanism indicated in the following paragraph, at no time will consumption be subject to accumulation by home delivery (either the service operated by the Affiliated Company itself or by a third party, or consumption through online orders).

6.6 The Partner may obtain information about the Affiliated Companies, the establishments of the Affiliated Companies participating in the Loyalty Program, the goods and services of each Affiliated Company eligible for accumulation or redemption, and other details of the Program, at any time through the Program Page; information related to participation in the Loyalty Program and general information regarding the Program will also be available to you with the Affiliates.

6.7 Payments made for redemption of points will not generate accumulation of points; payments made in combination of payment in cash or credit/debit card and by redemption of points, will only accumulate Points in what corresponds to the portion paid in cash or bank card.

6.8 Non-billable forms of payment (Yes Vouchers, Restocheck, etc.) or donations will not be eligible for accumulation.

6.9 Branches that do not have the infrastructure to apply the REWARDS100 points program, will apply a 10% direct discount (before tips or donations) to the total consumption by paying in Cash or 5% to the payment by bank card whether debit, credit or electronic voucher.

 

7. REWARDS100 ACCOUNT

The Points accumulated by the Member will be registered under their REWARDSS100 loyalty card in an electronic account stored and managed by the operator. The Member may verify the current balance of his account through the website of the program, entering the email and password that he registered when acquiring the card or he can request his balance in the branches of the affiliated brands.
Movements in transit can be reflected in a maximum of 72 hours and can generate balances for or against the Partner based on the arithmetic of the visits made.

 

8. REWARDS100 REDEMPTION

8.1 The Points accumulated by a member may be used by the same for the total or partial payment of consumption of goods and / or services in the establishments of the affiliated brands (of those goods and / or services eligible as established below), on the understanding that each Point that is redeemed will be equivalent to $ 1.00 peso (a weight 00/100 M.N.) Being the minimum redemption 1 Point.

8.2 To redeem (use your points) you must have accumulated available balance and deliver it to the seller when requesting the account, so that its redemption is applied.
In case there is an amount to be paid, the client must complete with the form of payment of his preference both cash, bank cards, food vouchers (only restaurants with agreement). The Member must always indicate how many Points he wishes to use or if he wishes to use any of the available promotions.

8.3 Any redemption will need to be signed by the Member making the redemption.

8.4 The Affiliated Companies shall be responsible for the precise redemption of the Points.

8.5 Redemption of points shall be subject to the combination rules set forth in Section 10.

8.6 The redemption of points will not be applicable for payment of tips.

8.7 When an account involves a fraction of a peso and not an integer number in pesos and it is intended to be settled in full of Points, an upward rounding will be made. For example, in an account of $12.56 pesos, it will be rounded to $13.00 pesos, and therefore the Member must redeem 13 Points.

8.8 The consumptions made entirely through redemption of REWARDS100 Points will not be billable. Those that are partially realized by redemption of points will only be billable in the part that has not been covered by redemption of points.

8.9 The points are redeemable only in restaurant consumption, (food and beverages), does not apply to beauty, health, ornamental, magazine, books, or other products of the integral store that is not of manufacture or own brand, unless the promotion explicitly indicates it.

8.10 In the 100%integral store or 100%intregral café only bakery, drinks and ice cream participate.

 

9. PROGRAM RULES

9.1 The calculation of movements is carried out by accreditations (additions) and redemptions (subtractions) of points, based on the consumer movements made in the branches of the affiliated brands that make up the REWARDS100 program

9.2 The client must be enrolled in the REWARDS100 program and acquire a card for a cost of $100 (one hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.) in any of the participating branches or brands.

9.3 To make use of the card once purchased, you must activate it by registering with the Program in www.100natural.com/en/puntos100 , follow the instructions, provide the requested data, and generate access codes to your portal.

9.4 Once the registration is completed in a period not exceeding 72hrs you will receive the bonus amount paid for the card.

9.5 In case of failure of the communication services, the balances will be updated in a period not exceeding 72 hours, in such a way that when performing the arithmetic operations there may be balances in favor or against the partner for the transactions in transit.

9.6 The data update time is a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 72 hours between each transaction to be reflected in other branches. In cases of force majeure or communication problems outside our company, the time may be exceeded in a longer period.

9.7 The loyalty card allows you to enjoy additional benefits such as free and unlimited navigation in time at the participating branches of the promotion portal –WIFI

9.8 The internet service is provided by a third party, so 100% natural and its franchise network, as well as the participating brands, is not responsible for failures or anomalies in the service provided to the customer for navigation, nor does it have the obligation to provide technical support.

 

10. PROMOTIONS AND REDEMPTIONS IN COMBINATION

10.1 Each promotion will have a general or mechanics, which will be published for consultation, 2 or more promotions cannot be applied at the same time, so the partner chooses the one of his best conveniences.

10.2 Redemption of points may not be combined with other loyalty or discount programs.

10.3 Promotions and Terms.

10.3.1 Welcome Bonus: Bonus of the amount paid for double acquisition (example: Card Purchase at $50 receives 100 reward points) valid as of December 31, 2030

10.3.2 Birthday and Anniversary Coupons for VIP Program Membership: :
*1 One coupon per birthday, equivalent to 100 Palmi points in minimum consumption of $300.00 MXN or one coupon equivalent to 200 reward points in minimum consumption of $500.00 MXN
*2 An anniversary coupon enrolled in the program, equivalent to 100 rewards points in minimum consumption of $300.00 MXN

10.3.3 Anniversary of Branch or Affiliated Companies:
Each affiliated company or branch will indicate the current promotion that will participate in the program being any of the following enunciated, may vary by day, week or schedule, the publications will be on social networks and notices by email to the partners.

10.3.3.1 Double points per anniversary.

10.3.3.2 Triple points per anniversary.

10.3.3.3 Special hour 50% in points on participating articles.

10.3.4 Give us feedback and get points: : *3 The member will get 20 reward points for answering the service survey on the Survey Tablet. In case the partner has not made consumption he will not get the benefit. Any movement recorded on your Palmi VIP points card as a points accreditation or redemption is considered as consumption.

10.3.5 COUPONS More visits, more wins, with win 100%:
Coupon of the 1st visit of $ 30.00 MXN will be enabled on the loyalty card of the client from the first day of validity of the promotion.
From the first day of the validity of the promotion, the movements of redemption, accreditation of points and application of coupon generate visit if they are carried out at the different established times * and that the schedule in which the movement was made has changed. All coupons are of single application and are not redeemable for points to the traditional customer's balance or cash or other form of payment. When using the coupon, neither redemption nor crediting of points in a traditional way applies and the accounts cannot be separated once any benefit has been applied.


 

11. EXPIRATION OF REWARDS100

The points are valid for 2 MONTHS from the date of their accumulation, in case of not presenting movements the balance expires without prior notice, to maintain the validity you must attend at least 1 time every 2 months to credit or redeem points during that period, extending the validity for 2 more months (counted from the original initial term), and so on until a period of 12 months from its date of cumulation.

 

12. COMMUNICATION

All communications that THE OPERATOR directs to a member will be sent to the email address that the same has provided when registering for the REWARDS100 Program.

 

13. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE REWARDS100 PROGRAMME

13.1 The Member may cancel his/her participation in the REWARDS100 Program at any time by sending a letter indicating the reasons for the cancellation of participation in the Program through the Program Page, by sending an email to infoweb@100natural.com.mx. or by calling the national toll-free telephone number+52 (777)-313-2775.

13.2 The Operator may cancel any Member's participation in the REWARDS100 Program in any of the following scenarios:

13.2.1 If the Member provides an unauthorized person with access to his/her REWARDS100 loyalty card or Account number.

13.2.2 if the Operator determines that fraudulent accumulation or redemption transactions are taking place.

13.2.3 in any other way, these Terms and Conditions are violated. Notice of cancellation will be sent to the Member, explaining the reason for cancelling participation in the rewards 100 program.

13.3The cancellation of a member’s participation in the Loyalty Program will result in the loss and cancellation of the Points accumulated by the Member, as well as any access to consultation or modification of their data and movement history.

 

14. CHANGE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions may be modified by the Operator at any time. Such changes will be reported to Members through an announcement via the Program Website (without prejudice to the Partners' responsibility to continuously review the most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions on the Program Website).

 

15. CANCELLATION OF THE PROGRAM REWARDSA100

15.1 The Operator may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the REWARDS100 Program, That decision will be communicated to the Partners through the Program Page, with at least 60 (sixty) calendar days before the effective date of the suspension or cancellation of the REWARDS100 Program.

15.2 After the cancellation of the REWARDS100 Program is effective, all Points accumulated by the Partners will be forfeited, without incurring the Operator (or the Affiliated Companies) any liability.

 

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

16.1 All rights and obligations resulting from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Mexican Republic.

16.2 The Operator shall not be liable for changes, discontinuation of the services and/or products of the Affiliated Companies.

16.3 The Operator shall have no liability if it is unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to force majeure or fortuitous event or other change in the law or for any other reasons beyond its control.

 

17. Privacy Notice.

Based on articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, we inform you that La Era Natural, S.A. de C.V., with address at Calle Tlaquiltenango #209; Col.
